Q - Do I really own the land?
A - Yes, of course, as a Titleholder you are the owner of your specifically numbered plot and your name will be recorded in the Register of Titleholders. The souvenir plots of land for sale measure one square foot (12"x12") and are situated at Stanley Bridge, Prince Edward Island

Q - Can I get access to the land?
A - Yes, all Titleholders will have access to their land.

Q - What can I do with my land?
A - Clearly, such plots are not designed for development. These are souvenir plots and the real attraction lies in the satisfaction of actually owning a small piece of PEI. You can come to visit it, display your Deed at home or in the office, and you can be proud to own a little piece of Prince Edward Island. You can take our word for it; your Title Deed will be a talking point for years to come - especially now that you'll be able to tell everyone you own a piece of PEI!

Q - What happens when I place my order?
A - Your credit card will be processed using a secure server for your security; we understand the importance of your privacy and will NEVER pass your details to a third party. To make sure there are no errors, we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of the name to be inscribed on the Title Deed and entered the name in the Register of Titleholders. Twenty four hours later this will be sent to you by mail. The total time for this is usually between seven and ten business days so if you order today, you could have it very quickly.

Q - Do I have to be of an Islander?
A - No, not at all, we welcome everyone who has a love for our beautiful Island.

Q - What if I'm not happy with my Title Deed?
A - We'll be very disappointed, of course, because we know what a great place Prince Edward Island is and we really would love you to share it. There's nothing for you to worry about, however; if, for any reason at all, you're not happy with your Title Deed, just return it to us within 30 days and we'll refund your money without question.

Q - Can I own more than one plot?
A - You can, of course. Indeed, you can have as many as you like (until they're all gone), but why not share the pleasure and buy one for someone else in the family, or for a friend or colleague, and let them feel as good as you about being a landowner in Anne‘s Land , Prince Edward Island. Q - Can I visit?
A - You most certainly can, and we sincerely hope that someday you will, so you can enjoy our beautiful Island. We'd love you to experience the picturesque beauty of this very special part of PEI.
